CHAIRWOMAN   PEARCE  informed  the   committee  that  SCR   14-JOINT                                                        
COMMITTEE  ON NATURAL GAS  PIPELINES has a  zero fiscal note.   This                                                        
joint committee would be  established in a similar manner to the BP-                                                            
Alaska/ARCO merger  committee, for the purpose of  looking at issues                                                            
related to the gas pipeline  that come before the legislature during                                                            
the interim.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PHILLIPS  moved  to  calendar  SCR  14.    There  being  no                                                            
objection, the motion carried.
